In order to offer the best service possible at the ALTAIR Hostel, our reception is open from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 21:00, every day of the week, where we can attend to all of your questions and needs. Outside these hours we are available with prior notice, or by telephone 24 hours a day.

A four-person lift creates easy access to your room, where you with find a fully equipped bathroom, heating, flat-screen TV, Internet (WIFI) and a safe-deposit box able to hold a laptop computer.

However, if you do not bring your own computer, we have one with free Internet access available in the public area for your use.
